The Bozeman Barracuda Swim Club has established a scholarship program to help swimmers and families that want to participate in our program but our unable to pay the monthly dues. The following is a list of requirements to be eligible for the Bozeman Barracuda Scholarship program.
1. This program is need based, not performance based.
2. If you receive a scholarship, you will be required to participate in all club fundraising events (Mexican Dinner, Discount Card, Swim – A – Thon,…).
3. If you receive a scholarship you will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours at all home meets.
4. If you receive a scholarship you will be required to maintain regular attendance.
5. This scholarship is for monthly dues only. You will be required to pay for your USA Swimming Registration and all meet fees. Keep in mind that if you are on any Government subsidized program you qualify for the USA Swimming Outreach program and your USA Registration is only $7.
6. Each scholarship is only good for the length of the season. Those wishing to receive a scholarship the following season must re-apply.
7. All scholarship matters will be handled in Executive Board Meetings only to ensure your privacy.
